Hell ya they will. With a quickness. And that ticket is HUGE too.
I miss driving in Germany.
Anyway, I've actually had a conversation with a few left lane douchebags. Just about every one said "I drive in the left lane so I don't have to worry about traffic merging on the right when I'm talking on the phone."
It was all I could do to not throw them out the window.
