Anyone who says you should call CPS hasn't dealt with CPS. They have total authority and operate outside of the law.

I just tried to make this point. Not only what you say, but they are for the largest part, sheer and utter, unmitigated, dribbling idiots who have no business making decisions for caged house pets, much less for children.
