Thankfully we're edging closer to these (streaming providers) being a realistic cable replacement.
Looking forward to getting to that point, hopefully within the next year or so. YouTube TV looks particularly viable.

It already is for me and many others. I cut out cable back in March and couldn't be happier.

Unfortunately they'll probably frick it up with bundling channels and such. For a while we'll have cable just with less equipment.
Eventually we'll get where we want.
