Russian River Pliny the Elder. As far as what's available in Louisiana, Grace and Grit and DDH Envie when it's available.

Bought a case of this when I was in Santa Rosa this past January. None of it made it back to LA
I'm honestly not sure what the 'best' craft beer I've ever had is. I'm a big fan of Nola's Funk Series, but I'm also a prisoner of the moment when it comes to good beer. The 'best' beer that I'll have is the next good beer that I drink, until I drink a different one
