I brought mine last summer. I wasn't prepared for the storage issue. We rented a house in a little gated community... First thing the bama fan "overseer" points out to me is the sign that says No Boats, Trailers, etc.

Ended up being a big PIA for me. Fished a little in the bay, caught some trash fish.

My only issue was storage, so make sure you got that covered, and I don't see why not. The surf was pretty damn rough, but I'm sure youre used to that stuff more than I am.

I am sure that he would have let you slide if you were a fellow Gump.

I fish Destin alot since we got a place over there. No issues with my "overseer". He's a Georgia Bulldog. He knows his place. Way to much PIA to drag the boat on a vacation trip. I just do charters offshore. Inshore in LA kicks FL arse anyway, so not really worth it to hassle with bringing a boat for that.
