We can disagree on how good he was but we should be able to agree that he's better than Trump.

No, we can't. Trump is far superior in prepared oratory and extemp.

Bill Clinton has never been employed much outside the government/political realm. But he did teach law for a short time.

Guinear was not nominated for the Supreme Court, bro.

It was Assistant AG in charge of Civil Rights.

Clinton was slick willy that is what made him a great politician. Trump is a horrible at the game of politics. He can't put down twitter. Trump can muster the troops but the troops(GOP) hate him and Trump will shoot himself in the foot every time.

Guinere was never nominated to the Supreme Court. She was nominated to be Assistant Attorney General but Clinton withdrew the nomination when her crazy views came to light.

And like 14-15 Republicans. AKA Bipartisan.

Also, it was signed by Clinton, who was inaugurated in January, so your February thing is irrelevant.

What did Bill Clinton accomplish from january of 1993 to july of 1993?

Well for starters he didn't promise an overhaul of health care on day 1.
He didn't promise a list of legislation in the first 100 days.
I don't think Democrats had a majority in the house, Senate, and supreme court.

I don't think as many people cared about politics then. It was pre-9/11, things were going well. The biggest enemy was Iraq and we had busted their asses hard just a couple years before. We've got a lot more problems to fix now. The stakes are higher.

Is it fair? No. But Trump knew what he was getting into. He even bragged about his qualifications. "I know more about ISIS than our generals."

It was signed a little more than a week after inauguration.

It was a functioning congress that got it through for clinton to sign.

The exact same thing should have happened in febraury of this year regarding Healthcare.

Ok, I get that, but you asked what was some big legislation he passed during his early Presidency, and I answered...I'm not sure why you're arguing this fact.
