Iran Nuclear Deal – He has no intentions of changing stance on this issue, thus a failure.
White House Chaos – The perception of chaos in the white house is already there, it's a failure by him to curtail it and it will always stain the beginning parts of his administration. Sure he could get it under control later, but this will always be an initial failure.
Russia Investigation – The damage has already been done, it will always be a stain on his administration.
Trump’s Rhetoric – The damage has already been done, his rhetoric has been a failure for the most part.
Stance on the Drug War – There is no indication that the administration plans to change their stance here.. Thus a failure.
Civil Asset Forfeiture – There is no indication that the administration plans to change their stance here.. Thus a failure.
