I've DEFINITELY done some drunk riding, but it's usually in a ring so I doubt it.

You can get arrested for going through McDonalds drive thru on a horse.

No shite, when I was a kid, my brother (who is 10 yrs older than I am) owned a horse and he would go ride with some other dudes who had a horse, one day they decided to ride them into town. It was four of them.. They legitimately wanted to get something to eat and they couldn't just leave the horses in the parking lot and go inside and eat so they went through the drive thru. By the time they all ordered and was waiting at the window, the police came and someone from the city with a trailer.. Arrested them, put the horses in the trailer... And all the parents had to go down to the jail to get them and then go get their horses.

There might have been more to the reason why they got arrested, but for the most part that's what happened.
