not really, and most importantly, that discussion is direct

regulating what arms we may be able to purchase falls in line with the philosophy that "just because there is a right doesn't make it absolute", which is completely different than taking a VERY general concept (life) and trying to fit in an indirect, only slightly tangential concept (healthcare)

if you want to make a weak comparison, i suggest using the various examples of "speech" instead of "arms"
