Yard amount, TDs(with exception to 1995-97), TD/INT ratio, the completion pct margin between Favre and Manning isn't vast like posters are portraying it to be(over 2%)

Different eras.

Just stop. Favre playing in the 90s has better stats than Eli with today's rules

You should keep going down this road of how they're similar. You nailed it with regard to comp %. They are definitely similar there. (ETA: Favre averaged 9th in comp % over 19 seasons... Eli's best season is 9th. )
