Anyone have any idea what length ramp is needed to best load 4 wheeler in the back of a f250 with 2 in of lift.
Truck is in Biloxi, 4 wheeler in Natchez, and i'm in Saudi so a simple measurement is a bit difficult right now.
Thanks

I bought this for my Z-71(no extra lift) and it works perfectly. I used to be scared to death everytime I used the standard ramp.

They all should work. I know guys that don't even use ramps...

Get a 12 ft utility trailer. You can throw a lot of other stuff on there to bring to the camp or any outing, and not worry about getting fricked up by having 4 wheeler flip on you.

You've got one hell of a chore there.
One of those tri-folds posted above should do the trick around 8 ft. I always feel way more nervous with the two separate pieces, regardless of length.

I back the rear wheels of my truck into the ditch next to my driveway. Tailgate ends up about a foot off the ground. Look for a suitable ditch where I need to load/unload away from home

Do this, I have treated and transported probably 10 severely injured people in my career trying to load/unload 4 wheelers into/out of trucks.

8 ft minimum but I would for sure get a trailer.

I have enough trailers yo move the world ranging from 8 to 36 ft, was just trying to decide if 8 or 10 ft ramps would be better.
Wife can drive truck and has someone to load it but trailers are her nemesis.

Ramps not strapped down and falling or what?
For some reason I have never had difficulty. Im mindful and cautious but it's never seemed hard. I know there are idiots out there but what's the main issue?
Ftr, trailer is obviously ideal, but bed transport is can be easier, especially if you don't have trailer storage as well.

So, she already has to have someone unload the ATV from the truck bed, but she cant find a field to park a truck?
Sounds like her ATV unload buddy is laying pipe.

No, she has a dealership to load it

While physically possible I highly doubt my son is screwing his mom.
Please stop projecting your Oedipusian fantasy on us, we are a bit tame for your taste.
