It appears he's talking about this:

And it appears that all disclosures are to be made public anyways.

So maybe his issue is that it was before it was officially made public, but this seems like quite a stretch. And since it seems when a "leak" supports a person or views, the information is important, and when it doesn't, the leaker is important instead.

It seems like maybe he's trying to divert attention away from the information itself.
