Of course they can, but to just be wholefully dismissive of circumstances and stressors that affect them disproportionally more than other groups is asinine and intellectually / morally dishonest.

You really expect a kid from a fatherless home, cracked out mom, living in a drug and violence infested trap to succeed at the same rate as a kid in a upper middle class neighborhood, 2 parents, and generational wealth.

You'll hold kid A to a higher standard knowing all these factors because like you said...you're racist and you WANT that kid to fail to fulfill whatever twisted and demonic fetish you have with see black folks suffer.
