In fairness, before 2010, Nola hasn't seen a population increase for like 50 years.

yeah the population of like the 70s was posted earlier and it was way higher than it is now

The population can't grow when the city is geographically isolated by a lake, river and canals. The same can't be said for the sprawls in Texas
