IMO the problem with black culture is ---- black culture.

What needs to happen is a strong black leader comes forth and talks about -- INDIVIDUAL ACCOUNTABILITY... not whitey, or slavery, or Jim crow, or crackers, or honky lips.

Just motherfricking INDIVIDUAL ACCOUNTABILITY.

Then... and this is the most important part -- OTHER black leaders most step up and support this notion. SUPPORT -- AGREE. Put black culture to task for their OWN SITUATION... But, this never happens. NEVER. What does happen??? Said black leader is then immediately ostracized, called RACIST names (uncle Tom, House..man, etc.) and basically "kicked out" of the cool kids table for black people.

I know, it is truly amazing, but I LITERALLY just solved pretty much everything. Sadly, black leaders KNOW I am right, and are too SCARED to step forward and do the right thing. They are well aware that the only way to currently rise/stay relative is to BLAME any and everything but black people.

Until this happens, NOTHING will change. You can blame me and the past all you want for your current situation, but an intelligent man knows that is fricking ridiculous. To those struggling in this world, I assure you, your own fricking parents, are far more to blame for your struggle than random white guy or the bogey man. But we just can't talk about that can we?

TLDR: Black people - cool. Black Culture - fricked, and unwilling to call each other out.
