Interesting to note, if poverty = violence, why are majority Hispanic cities like San Antonio and El Paso, and poor white areas like Appalachia much less violent then their majority black counterparts?

Because spanish/white culcha doesnt dictate:
1) frickin hoes
2) Slanging dope
3) Get DA grip
4) 2 Phones
5) Territory holding
6) Being illiterate due to priority of schooling.
Now like every race, there are outliers and it sucks because these people are good people who get dumped into the trash bucket due to pigmentation of their skin.
