Good deal. The affordability seems reasonable. That's why Monaco got scratched off my list. Wouldn't mind seeing F1 race there but that can wait a few more years.

if thats what the OP wanted, he would have asked. different strokes for different folks. maybe he would prefer to be sleeping at 11am than drinking beers in the mountains?
Many people don't realize how late Europeans go out, that's why I pointed it out. Even in Italy, there are restaurants that don't even open until 8pm. And that's to eat.
It's one thing imo to want to party, like even bourbon street you can have a good time all almost parts of the day. But there are clubs in Europe that don't open until midnight. That's worth pointing out Imo.
The main reason I pointed it out is because if you do that it's hard to then get much tourist stuff done during the day because of your schedule. As said, whatever the OP wants is cool it's just worth pointing out imo.

it's the same shite in Vegas, Miami and New York. When bars and clubs are open all night, or at least nearly til sunrise, people don't start to party until midnight. Even in Los Angeles, where they stop serving at 2am, people generally don't begin partying until 11ish. Its not like a college frat party that starts at 9.
