What is a good rust remover for a dirt bike?

Metal Rescue is good stuff, but you have to soak the parts in it.

best answer yet.

rust remover depends on the substrate rusted.

The best is laser rust removal but it isn't cheap

Vinegar and its cheap. Buy it by the gallon. Make sure to neutralize the part with a baking soda/water solution when you take it out.

Ospho is a great rust inhibitor but not sure about application on dirt bike.
