we basically eliminated throwing in the middle of the field, even with Mett in 2013

Really made him "simplify" the offense, ie: i form, toss dive, where tf is the TE, THROW IT OVER THE MIDDLE!
Miles pretty much let Crowton do his thing in 08 (pick sixes aside, the offense really wasn't that bad, mallvetto (also 100% on Les) was the biggest issue which also played a part. After 08 it was basically the same offense through the beginning of last year though Cameron brought in a few downfield concepts and had that 2013 skill group + Mettsiah on a platter.
