Nah, I am pretty sure the Mavs and all their fans hated him on their team.

I think this applies to anywhere he's been post-Boston

If Solo could improve his 3 then this would really work. Big if though

Lets go after Coach Cal now.
UK will be playing in the CBS Classic in New Orleans this season. Just in time for a mid-season firing of Gentry, and we can just hold Cal hostage here.

New Orleans is $6M below the tax but have $4.5M in non-guaranteed money as a buffer. Pelicans have $7M+ of the full ML available.

Agreed. His 3 improved by .24 this season with almost tripling his attempts per game. That's at least a good sign that he's capable of improving.

Are you familiar with floor spacing and how it works? You can't just point to someones 3p% stat and assume they space the floor. That would be like someone pointing to Jrue's assist stat and state that he is undoubtedly a true point guard.
Here are some numbers to chew on. Assuming you have Rondo starting at the point here would be your "average shot distance from the goal" from your starting five. Also the distance for everyone of them was a career high last year.
Rondo: 11.9'
Jrue: 13.3'
Hill: 16.4'
Davis: 10.6'
Cousins: 12.1'
Hill is our floor spacer, YAY championship here we come!

Im not sure why people would be upset with rondo on a 1 year deal

You're going to bash this move too?
What exactly would you do as GM? All I see is you bitching about every potential trade/signing!

Can confirm Pelicans interest in Rajon Rondo. Trade talks stalling for Reggie Jackson. DeMarcus Cousins wants Rondo.

His shooting from distance has vastly improved over the past 2 seasons. Would primarily facilitate though

Jrue will shoot more three's if he's playing half the game at SG instead of PG.
Rondo can knock down a three now that he is a little older. Also, he is a career 10pts 10assists type player, and a superb ball handler.
In crunch time he will protect the ball for us, and facilitate. Jrue struggled with that badly last season.
Moore is a shooter still, and I'm sure we will still be looking to acquire another shooter.
I'm for Rondo. He makes our team better than current. And there is little else out there to get.
Also, he is wayyyy less of a gamble than Reggie Jackson, and wayyyy less expensive as well.

Because we need shooters

Agreed Rondo is a far better option for us than Reggie. Cheaper and at least we'd know what we're getting

We will get shooters as well. This isn't the only move they'll make.

Rondo is what we need. A facilitating point guard. Better than a ball chucking ReggieJackson.
