I'll say that Demps is the worst GM in basketball. He has had a "top 5" player and missed the playoffs 4 out of 5 seasons. No other GM, with a top 10 player, can make that claim..

Eh, that's a bit aggressive. He has done some things that are pretty good.
His strategy has just been bad. The results speak for themselves.
