Dude this diet isn't sustainable for you and is clearly effecting your health

Look into something like lean gains

He was doing lean gains before and had good success, albeit slow success, but in this case not sure If it's the diet. Could be, but it shouldn't be causing these kinds of issues. Key word shouldn't, but it very well could be contributing.

Sounds more like internal issue. But to be sure defiantly need to get off of this and goto something more Keto based for now and then slowly add things while monitoring. Honestly when you kept mentioning insomnia, I couldn't wrap my head around it because I figured you would be exhausted on this type of program.

Honestly you need to get with a primary care doc and good endo and get it figured out. Honestly, and I hate to say this, the best thing you could do right now is go on an extremely strict diet like the whole30 and see if you can get it under control. When you do get back to the gym(prolly next week) just do normal 531 plus some push-ups and chin ups and be done with it. Do not beat your body up, keep it simple.

Health comes first. After two weeks of getting used to that, start doing some light prowler work again. But you need to get a blood sugar monitor on top of getting doctors do you can track how certain foods effect your blood sugar levels. Even if it's diabetes, it can be fixed with proper diet.
