I've got about $65 in mine. Pool, lots of patio space, outdoor kitchen/living is about 30'x30'.
We did all of our own landscaping and anywhere else we could do the work, we did.
It gets used 250 days out of the year by me and the kids.
Neighbors on either side built theirs two years after us and have over $100k each and not near the setup we have.
