There are definitions for gender: xx chromosomes vs xy chromosomes, sure some defects occur but the vast majority fall into the 2 main categories.

Not so much definitions of races.Just based on actual skin color cannot work. I still laugh whenever MSM calls a EU of African descent with a French or British accent an African American. And then there are whites from Africa that immigrate the USA, true AA's.
