Got dimed out. Well more like somebody shared the link on a place like 7chan and some of these authors are really aggressive with these things.

Sorry to hear about the issues. Would love to be able to get on the email list when back up. Had used the link previously and really enjoyed looking through the strength programs and shoulder rehab videos.
