I have heard nothing but bad things about it.

I know during the flood in August my father in law who has ATT Uverse had cable/internet and his neighbor who had cox was completely out (for a long time).

I've had Uverse for over 3 years and it's been a lot better than when I had Direct TV. Uverse tv never goes out but my Direct TV would when the weather was bad. Internet seems fine also.

My thought is that you seem like a loser who can't make decisions on your own. Get ATT and STFU.

As stated above, DirecTV is our premier television service.

I liked this when I had it before. I assume it still needs that big arse Antenna Dish though right?

Can I keep Cox internet and use DirectTV as my TV service?

Glad to have run across your post. I'm moving to BR in a neighborhood with uverse and cox. I've been a cox subscriber for years and wanted to try uverse. Can you explain some of the main differences? I cut the cord over 5 years ago and only use internet.

You pay more for worse speeds, not even including the mandatory renting of an extremely shitty router/modem from ATT
