I haven't had the surgery yet. I wear contacts for nearsightedness but I find it hard to read sometimes with my contacts in...so Dr. told me the LASIK would cure the distance but not the reading stuff. I was just curious as to what others have experienced.

Try wearing only one contact in your dominant eye.
