He's a top 50 all time player, 5 time all NBA first team, & 10 time all star who played 19 seasons and is a sure fire hall of famer when he's eligible for the ballot next year. His pro career was substantially better than his college career, since he learned how to shoot.

That's slightly more than "solid" if you ask me.

Just heard Smart's interview on Off the Bench. He's certainly not long winded

Ok, "all star" NBA player. Livingston was a "journeyman" NBA player post-injury. He probably would have been a "solid" NBA player if no injury, maybe even an "All-Star". He probably would not have been an "all-time great" like MJ, Bird, Magic, or LeBron. Smart is still a promising, 6'4" PG. If he works hard he should one day be a "solid" NBA player.
