The children in child porn are actually children, who are in process of being molested, and which is being viewed by someone of such low moral repute that the only thing stopping him/her from going further is opportunity. Nobody who has knowledge that they're watching video of a child being raped is in some peaceful land where they're hurting nobody and they just want to fap it in peace. fricking nobody.

If someone is viewing footage of an actual rape, and not some fetish video, I'd also have no problem prosecuting to the full extent of the law.
