I have issues all the time purchasing stuff. Well not all the time because I might buy 1-2 games a year but still.
So last week I had to delete and reload my AMEX information to buy Horizon Zero Dawn. Then about 10mins later we pre-ordered Crash. Had to do the same thing over.

Hit confirm purchase and it says item not purchased. Or saying my card is invalid
My favorite is when it told me I couldn't use the PayPal once that had been linked to my account for years
O if you happen to live overseas forget about ever using a card.
