The rumored New Orleans East serial rapist kicked in nuts and woman escapes

61 total reported rapes in New Orleans East since Jan. 1st with a large number of them 19 rapes concentrated between Downman Rd, Mayo Rd, Haynes Blvd, and Almonaster Ave.

A woman was nearly kidnapped Tuesday evening (June 20) in Little Woods by a man who pulled her shirt over her head and then grabbed her around the neck as she was going to get her mail, New Orleans police said.
A preliminary NOPD report says the woman, 41, was going to get her mail when she noticed a white van. After retrieving the mail, a man approached her, "pulled her shirt over her head and wrapped her face with it," the report says.
