Huh? Both of them built fairly wisely.
IDK if you have forgotten, but Philly just got the #1 pick two years in a row. They have Fultz, Simmons, Saric, Covington, and Embiid to build around. And they have an enormous amount of cap space.
That is a pretty damn promising young core, any of which can be moved without issue to bring in the pieces that fit better when it arises, like Minny did.
