I don't get this part:

quote:

An attorney for the two former football players said he will contact his clients to discuss the proposed deal. They were scheduled to attend a school disciplinary hearing following Yovino’s accusations, but after meeting with attorneys agreed instead to withdraw from the university to avoid potential expulsion.

Why do they fear expulsion if they are innocent of this charge? FWIW, I hope she gets the max time for her "innocent" charade.

Check out the Amherst case. Thanks to a "Dear Colleague" letter issued by Barry Odumbf*ck's DOJ, males students on campuses are stripped of all Constitutional protections when it comes to rape allegations on campuses or by students. If schools did not agree to this, Barry Odumbf*ck threatened to take away all federal funding (including federal student loans).

Have you not been paying attention for the past decade?

Men get expelled from colleges all the time because of a rape "allegation". There is no due-process for men on a college campus. This is just lawyering.
