That was 4th and prayer from ASU 30 or so?

If JR doesn't hit that pass and LSU loses to UT at home up 21-0 at half 2 weeks later, I'm not sure Les lasts. LSU lost 2 regular season games in 2004 and 1 in 2003. Les starting 0-2, Katrina or not would have looked really bad.

If we fired the coach after that, it would have been bad for LSU. In 04 LSU scraped by Oregon State, UF, Troy and Ole Miss. Saban could have easily left here with a 6-6 record. LSU also only had 3 away games that year, one being in Little Rock. That Arkansas game was the only game LSU won away from home all year. That team was not very good with Saban, Jimbo and Muschamp coaching them.
