I don't have a problem with an adult smoking a little weed but I do have a problem with anyone smoking a lot of weed all the time especially minors who smoke it even before they go to school.

There are plenty of people who drink a lot of alcohol all the time and minors who drink (sometimes before school).
Are you proposing we make alcoholic beverages illegal?

Well if it were legalized and taxed then obviously there would be a minimum age, just like tobacco and alcohol.
But other than that, what would be the problem with a college student getting high before class?
