Astor Crowne PLaza right near NRG then take the rail into mid town or wherever on Friday. Saturday, you want to be able to walk to/from the stadium. If you are counting on an Uber on gameday, expect to pay out of the arse. if you are counting on the rail on gameday, expect to be at NRG like 3 hours before kickoff or have extended wait times. If you plan on driving, just expect traffic and lots of it.
The Wisconsin game was an absolute shitshow.
Staying near NRG still gives you access to everything you want to do in the days leading up to the game via the rail but on gameday you save yourself tons of headache.
