Credit cards are tools of the devil!
I have one, strictly for emergencies and paid off asap if used.

I use my credit card for everything. Haven't paid interest in years.

The thousands of dollars in free flights, hotels, and upgrades say otherwise. I charge every thing possible on credit cards.
We keep one card we've had for 16 years and then rotate with different cards depending on points and sign up bonuses offered.
