Stay in Council Bluffs, Iowa. Just across the river, free shuttle to and from stadium and airport.

I wonder what the prices were Saturday morning? Or last Monday? A lot of teams punched their ticket before LSU. I guess I should of planned better and had a little faith and booked a week ago because I was also thinking of a trip.

Go to Lincoln. Stayed there for 3 weeks last summer for a training course I was in. Not a bad drive to Omaha, and a lot of good food.

I booked the Hyatt Place in Old Market with points last week. If you have any Chase UR points they transfer instantly and it's 8,000 points/nt.

I just went on Trip Advisor and 2 of the first 3 hotels are $157 and $161 a night.

There are tons of hotel rooms available for this weekend. Some with free cancellation.
