What years did you work there? What were the names of your managers?

They mention "in house" for their sauces 3 or 4 times on their website, but never once say that about the meat. If the meat was truly made in house, they'd have that plastered everywhere and you know it.

As for the gravy, combining water with a gravy packet technically qualifies as made in house.. So they get away with it there. Kinda like how most restaurants' house made ranch is hidden valley packet.

Darrels still gets plenty business, so I don't know why you care so much.

You should also ask him for his social security number and birth date, you can never be too careful when making a determination as to who has or has not personally handled the construction of a Darrel's Special.
