Ballpark 18-20k for 3 stop single opening traction with a scissor gate.
ETA: this is for new construction, elevator contract only. If adding to an existing house over 40k easily and that's adding a shaft to an exterior wall.

30k minimum to get it done right. Had to put one in my parents house 2 years ago.

You can get a decent elevator for around $20k.
