True. I forget Canebrake is such a big seller. I don't enjoy it and don't ever see many people drinking it when I'm down there, but it apparently sells way more than I'd believe.

That was fun. I know some people were pretending to freak out, but that's part of the process of developing a great beer. Even after you have it pretty much dialed in, you'll still see some deviance. They pendulum just won't be swinging as far from batch to batch.
Many breweries are lazy and have no vision. They just stick to the recipe they drew up, no matter how shitty the beer is. At least Andrew knows what he wants his beer to taste like and is willing to make radical changes to get the beer there.
