This kind of law enforcement is like the schoolyard tattletale.
Man it must suck to live in a city where your government needs THAT kind of revenue to carry on daily business.

ETA: I remember MANY years back when Kenner police cars would sit unoccupied by Williams and W. Esplanade. One day, someone left a box of donuts and a cup of coffee on it.
