A move to Liverpool would cut his playing time
so thus not good for his development
He is one of the first names on the team sheet at BVB. It would not be the same at Liverpool or any other top six club.

With 4 (possibly 5) competitions, our injury woes, and his ability to play multiple positions, he will still get a ton of minutes. Could either play the wing or as a CAM, which is something we don't really have right now, since selling Coutinho.
