He starts off by saying he doesn't know all the facts. Then he goes into the police shot at the car and as result the child was killed. No one knows if the child was hit first then the cops fired at the vehicle to stop it. Correct me if I am wrong.

He says there's no reason for cops to fire at a moving car. That's just patently false
