quote:you've never sat in the stands at the old Box when there were <300 fans in the stands like I have. This isn't about being spoiled, it's about maximizing what you've recruited and reaping the benefits by making more than a Super or going 1-2 at the CWS.
You can justify being a spoiled pussy arse fan all you want, but you're trying to convince you not me.
How do define success for the 2014 #1 recruiting class? Or as Kramer put it, the senior leader that he is? Anything less than making a run in Omaha is disappointing because it is an expectation and they all know what they sign on for.
Not recommendation and receiving a participation trophies like these pussified kids today expect.
Participation trophies are for internet XBOX jockies and not real athletes.

We all have our own expectations, but reaching the supers or CWS is damn high cotton in the college baseball world of today.
Some don't seem to understand that this is not the 90ies no matter how many non-big time schools they see playing in the Supers/CWS.
