Playing the Switch with the 8bitdo SNES/SFC controller

This is amazing. I've been playing Mario Kart 8 with it. I think I'm actually better with it than with the Switch's pro controller.
I so hope Nintendo doesn't patch this out. It's so perfect. It's gonna be great for virtual console and USF2 (when I decide to pick it up).

Not about the switch, but 8bitdo controllers are awesome. I have two of these for my Raspberry Pi, love them.

Yep, I heard good things about that particular controller. I was thinking about getting it over the SNES controller since it has enough buttons to play all Switch games, but I decided to go with the SNES style for the nostalgia factor and I've always loved the SNES controller.
I will probably pick that one up at a later date since I like its looks. I'll just use my Switch pro controller for games that require more buttons in the meantime.

Too late. Looks like 8bitdo are putting their "compatible with Switch" logo on the boxes now

I was getting my arse handed to me on the hardest difficulty (World Warrior) in Arcade, but now I've gotten back in the groove. Been so long since I've played SF2. It's been fun to revisit.
