Exactly.
These last 3 "letters" have all been an orchestrared event. The letter from the lawyers to Broome and her response 3 hours later, with both letters being released to the media shortly have they were "delivered" tells me that the lawyers and Broome's staff planned all this out way before yesterday. I'm sure both parties proofed the other's letter before they were "delivered" to make sure they had all their bases covered

He plan is basically to tell him to unlawfully fire an officer then fire him for refusing to do so?
Without due process being played out, the officer can't be successfully fired and could get a civil judgment against the city in addition to reinstatement to the force.
And Dabadie refusing to follow an unlawful order from Broome likely would result in his own reinstatement if she tries to fire him.
