i had a goal of cleaning 300lb by the end of this year that was disrupted by an injury. Id still like to try and hit it but it will be a hard cram session

lost juice on my backsquat too. Was right at 400lb last summer. would like to get back there

would like to overall increase mobility by stretching and yoga

and i need to lose 12-15 lbs
