I have a particularly hard time believing that any state has more sex offenders per capita than Florida.
EDIT: It's not sex offenders, it's REGISTERED sex offenders for people in Delaware. Too many to register down in Florida.

The South is funny because it has more trash per capita than most other states, yet there is also a highly refined portion of society (and people generally have better manners in the South).
The Northeast and the West Coast are the best places to live, if you want to get away from trash.

For the moment, Louisiana has more butthurt, melting Monuments-to-the-Cult-of-the-Lost-Cause snowflakes than any other state. But Alabama is closing strong.
