If I' Chris Reid, I'd try and retool my approach and my swing.

He's a slap hitter, hits for contact, and works the pitcher. That's fine if you've got very good wheels. He does not.

I think he should try and hit for more power, he needs to swing more for the fences and to line balls in the gaps.

I don't think he'll start unless he changes and it works out. He's thick in his lower half and he needs to put his base to good use instead of trying to slap the ball.
